nenu may last two weeks india travel cheyali

naku problem avthada return radaniki on OPT

upto my knowledge u cannot travel as in ur seivs u will have ur change of status pending.

though if u have ur h1 approved before u travel to india ur h1 status starts from oct 1 2013

when ur coming back to u.s.u need to have h1 stamped in india(if u have a plan of getting it stamped in india u are good to go)

Sevis epudu update avthado any idea, nadhi receipt april 15th ki vachindi H1 B di Regular processing
so it will take minimum 60 days to get H1 B Approved

in ur sevis u will have "[b]change of status pending[/b]".for so and so and ur receipt number..it is updated the moment they genreate ur receipt.



it means that ur not in f1 status then how u can travel with ur f1 visa.

if it is emergency travelling to india get ur case upgraded to premium if ur confident about all of ur documents and wait for apporval
then go india and get it stamped.
