Job Title: Senior Android Developer - remote
Required Skills: Minimum 8 yrs related experience
· Java programming experience
· Knowledge of Spring Framework and the use of other popular open source libraries such as Apache commons, Apache configuration, HttpClient, JaxB, XMLBeans
· Experience with systems integration and integration with complex backend systems using methods such as http, sockets, tcpip
· Knowledge of XML / Json / REST concepts
· Comfortable working with XML schemas
· Understanding of client / server concepts
· Comfortable with translating business logic into implementation
· Experience with testing / Junit
· Understand the value of reusable code
· Performance tuning and writing scalable applications
· General knowledge of networking / load balancer / high availability concepts
