Diary products totally excluded in paleo bro.....curries ante nuvvu inthintha oil masala vesukokoodadu you will have like a salad and some meat...as long as you are eating enough vegetables and fruits I dont see digestion problem...nuvvu cheppinattu manaku kastame but alavatu chesotam easy ne.. oka sari diet reviews choodu mama..nenithe ekkada negative choodaledu ippati varaku..

jera telugu la cheppu mama .... nenu kotta ga annadi ... like diff varities ani ... india la .. chapathi, dosa, upma lantivi common ... ragi sankati, pesarlu , corn lantivi konchem takkuva mandi tintaru ..
