Tererfic Post..I could learn lot of things from everybody...:) :)....

Im tryin atleast to follow max dietic in week days...

Weekends lo matram I follow 1 rule..All You can eat...(So Biryani, non veg stuff, desserts ivvi limit pettukokunda thintanu)

Here is My diet

Morning Brkfast (Arnd 8 - 8:30 AM) - Skimless/1% milk tho Indian Chai (With Bisucuits or Khari)
Arnd 10 - 10:30 (Edaina Fruit or Granola bar)
After Noon - Chapathi or Qionoa Rice
Before dinner - 1 hr work out mostly thread mill for 30 mins
Dinner - Depends on lunch (Lunch ki okavela chapathi thinte I prefer quinoa rice or vice versa)

So naa question enti ante ..Im addicted tea alot..Can I have any alternative for the milk to make chai..
Nenu google lo research chesthe Almond milk/soymilk/rice milk etc etc chepparu...But all those are specific to put in cereals and oats...Meeku evarikaina alternative telusaa for prep tea?

Soya lo estrogen untadi bayya...so adi femaile harmone so valaki manchi i mean over all ga Valla breast develop avtai soya milk tagithe

so manaki anthe adi ekuva tagithe...breasts vastai mens ki kuda.....
