Monnati dakka ratri fruits tinachu anukunanu.......

So anduke nenu nbaa thread starting lo chepanu okia frsh citric juice.....5 pm ki ala teskondi ani.....Antaga....fruits tinali ani piste low sugar fruits prefer cheyandi like berries...Strawberry..blue berry....

Inkaa ratri 7: 30 kalla pulkas..kanni chapatis with more curry tinetaniki try chedham andarm....

Bcoz 3 chapatis....and curry may be 400 cal untademo mahaaithe...so manam padukunedi 11 ki ala kabati ..padukune lopuu aa 400 cal burn ayipotai i mean adiripotundi manam tinadi ....

So nuvvu padukuni mrng leche lopala ..one hour ki 60 cal ala karugutundi kabati.....body lo unaa waste sored fat ni karigistundi ..

So taht is the reason diiner ki manam padukune danikii 3 hrs gap important ani...
