i mean meeru pay chesina taruvata 1 day effective avutondho lekapothe ventane vastundho nenu observe cheyale.....bt last time wen i hd it.....morning 10 ki insurance tesukunnna and next day 10 ki appointment tesukunna....

bt i hope its under immediate effect........better u call the cust care and ask them with in how many hours does it get in effect....
