[u][b]As a contractor for the same job[/b][/u] Currently drawing 92k no benefits in 6 months 98k, GC-EB2 yet to start H1 rejected last year came back on h4 - then converted to h1 of same old employer. [u][b]Full time offer from the client same job[/b][/u] good(popular american) company no firings even at the time of recession.(their business model is like that recession wont effect them) 80k + benefits, GC-EB2 filing in 3 months. thoughts of going to India again in near future.
