if you are good in what you do .. look out for other opportunities who can sponsor gc atleast after initial review period which is about 6 moths after joining new company.. FT to contracting ayite nenu suggest cheyanu.. this my opinion

nuvvu inka 1st two years of h1b lo ne vunte ...continue with ur full time employer...safety ekkuva vuntadhi even for gc processing...system wise vuntadhi filing...inka nuvvu charges kuda pay cheyavu...like for attorney fees etc..

contracting valaki ...labor lo perm lo audits padi delays avuthunai...better stay back and relax for now...mean while try prompting ur HR to apply gc asap....ATB...
