Samantha Ruth Prabhu had made a splashy debut with Gautham Menon's 'Ye Maya Chesave' and was seen as a girl-next door. The Tollywood and Kollywood pinup turns 26 today. Samantha has been going through a rough phase of late. After she suffered a skin disease, she opted out of plum projects like Mani Ratnam's 'Kadali' and Shankar's 'I'. Also, her recent film 'Jabardasth' co-starring Siddhartha tanked at the box-office. Her upcoming films include NTR-Harish Shankar's 'Ramayya Vastavayya' which also features Shruti Haasan in a special appearance, Pawan Kalyan-starrer Trivikram Srinivas directorial 'Attharintiki Daredhi', Bellamkonda Srinivas' debut film directed by VV Vinayak which is yet to be titled and NTR-Santosh Srinivas film, reportedly a sequel to 'Kandireega' and tentatively titled 'Rabhasa'. Samantha is reportedly dating Siddharth and contemplating to enter into wedlock with him. However, the duo remained tightlipped. Let's hope that her new birthday brings her charm back and hope Sam recreates her magic again.
