Stamina peringindi annav but easy 4 5 miles run chestunnav annav, ante aa 4-5 miles varuku nee body medha proper impact padatam ledhu. Danne [b]plateau[/b] antaru. Work out start chesinappudu kothalo stamina takkuva untundi like mana body improve avvali, muscle build avvali etc, adhi normal. Nenu 6 months back okka pullup/pushup kuda chesevadini kadhu, ippudu appakunda 20-25 pullups chesta. Difference enti ante nenu cardio + strength training chesa. push ups 40-50 chesta and I got six pack in 4 months. 180 nunchi 165 ki vachindi naa weight by the end of 4th month

No Diary products (milk, curd, etc), very little oil when cooking curries, No sugars (except stevia)

replace cereals with Oats (No milk). Bread manchidi kadu avoid it. Chapathi badulu take brown rice. Avoid Milk (fat free aina sare). Soy Milk, Almond milk, lactose free milk yevi vaddu.

curry lo oil untundi so avoid it.

whey protien its not fat which helps ur body to recover after the damage you did with previous workout..... recommended is 1 gram for ur every lb body weight min example 200lbs unteyy you need to take 200 grms every day..... on training days 1.5 grms .....again this is only when your on weight training .....

as one of the above said there is nothing called as spot reduction...... if you are doing like that its just your increasing blood flow on that perticular parts.... for example if you are doing abs blood flow in abs will be good anii meaning....
