remember one thing six pack are not made in gym its made in Kitchen.... nee food compleat gaa cange cyaleeee..... incoproate fibers, protien, small amount of carbs, and good fats.... and follow some set of abs exercises.........

morning lechinaa ventaneyy okaa 20grms or whey protien tesuko

brakefast ki 4 egg wight 1 whole egg with 15 grain bread slices

mid brakefast and lunch ki 5-7 oz of greek yogurt or string cheese some 1-2 oz of dry nuts

lunch ki tuna or chiken whole wraps

mid day take like any fruits 1 apple or greap fruit

before workout take whey and casine of 30 grms

after workout take only whey of 30-40grms

dinner ki broccoli or bell peppers with chiken if you have eaten chiken fo lunch then tuna

before sleeping 30 min take 4-5 oz of cottage cheese and have 20 grms of casine....

take this if you are doing hard core 1 hr of cardio and abs... hard core means...untill you cant do any more...

tuna : take light tuna.... mercury will be high in other things.... this is just a sample ...... you should be burning ur metobolism every 2 hrs .....
