Bayya, to hear you,
neeku ganuka Job untai , my suggestion is take admission in ITU, they will give you CPT from next day onwards and attend monthly classes.
you will be on F1 and bring your wife on F2, as long as your earnings are fine for your leaving expenses , you will be ok. your wife will get F2 easely.

Indian Exams are not that easy , talent to complete exams is only 25% and you need lot of Political support to get into it. that needs more money.

it will take lot of time and money , more over you are saying you got married 2 yrs back, as per me you can't concentrate 100% on education this point of time. you and your wife need to face lot of comments from your neighbours..hope you understand.

i am not pointing you to down, i faced these in my life..

So try to get settle here for some time , until you got good days in your life..
You have time, so try to find out some universities who will give CPT...
