Investment Option In India - Your Take On The Below

borthers,, india lo invest chedam ani anukuntuna, ok 20 K$ undi prastutaniki, below are my options,
1) FD (short term + flexi withdrawing option) safe and secure - i cant rotate amt for interest had previous bad exp, it doesn't suite me.
SBI min 8 % private banks ithey ICICI / ING vysia 9.25 istunaru for 1yr
2) Intlo appt koni ani okasari,
3) gold konu ani inko sari ,, roju edey godava,
so property lo invest chedam ani anukuntunaa, right property dorkinappudu FD break chesi aaa amount ni down payment chyadamu ani anukuntuana.
mean while on the side ok 10 to 20 L ki chitti vedaam ani kuda anukuntuna..
this is my 1st big investment, have no exp in any of the above.. Pros and con details emmna share cheystaru emo ani e post vestuna... Please share you thoughts.

Bro,
For the last ten years gold is the good source for investment.All money from real-estate dumped in to gold. Now, it has broken the strong support levels i.e., 1500$. Its trading below that. So, next boom definately will be real estate. The real estate shares in india are HDIL, UNITECH, DLF....... DLF is trading around 240Rs,which will not go below 220,if markets goes for correction. UNITECH is trading around 27Rs, which will not go below 21Rs,HDIL is trading around 57Rs Which will not go below 43-45 levels, if the market goes for correction. Try to buy each 1000 shares of UNITECH and HDIL . 500 Shares of DLF. Watch for one year.

shares lo invest chey...like apple and facebook ippudu thakkuvaga vunnai...nuvvu instant money turn outs cheyachu...

US lo edina desi people motels / gas stations / restaurants lo invest chey...like partnerships...and u can earn some sure good money there...

2) niku asalu sonta illu leka pothe better to buy again nuvvu vunde area ni batti vuntundi
3) gold n silver r good to buy but u will never sell them ni money block ayipoyinatte n u won't get returns
4) chits mancive but niku manchi nammakam vunnavalla deggara veyyali n u need have proper knowledge chiti pata eppudu padali eppudu padite niku interest enta save avutundi ivi anni baga teliste baguntundhi mi intlo vallaku endukante nuvvu emi decision tisukolevvu ikkada vundi

Thanks for the response bhaya, Ippativaraku naku aantu eppudu property leydu , so 1st FD vesi amount save chesukoni danitho property kondam ani na idea,, + koncham loan kuda apply chestanu anukoo, motham loan tisukuntey vadiki Interst katukoleyka chavali....
inokaa question bhaya, buying home V/s FD pros and cons enti ani chustunaa.
for example 50L ki ellu kontuna anuko 25L down chestha inka rest 25 loan anuko.
like ellu kontey monthly rent ravachu 15 to 20 K per month but 25 L ki average ga 10% apr tho every year 2.5 L antey monthly somewhere around 20 to 25 k intrest kattali kada. (offcourse property value appriciate avtundi anuko in 2-3 years)

adey FD anuko. 25 L ki 9.25 apr fro year antey 1 year lo 2L daka intrest vastundi
so 3 years ki max we are loking at 31 to 32 L.

which 1 is correct buying home or FD
