Regarding Pay Check

I got a job in one place and when I told my employer to run my pay check in same place ,he told me that had not registered there and he will run in different place, will there be any problem with this in the initial opt period,.,,.....? Pls clarify my doubt.......?

it's always better to run the paycheck where ever ur client is there

thats ok as long as you are in Opt. but have atleast 3 paycheck in ur client state at the time of H1 apply

madda kudisi pothav... na friend ki same situation h1 lo rfe padindi.. working in CA.. company MN lo vundi.. akkada pay check run chesaru.. H1 appudu.. min 3 months pay checks ivvali anukunta.. appatiki same situation ithe.. RFE confirm
