1 year ki More than 10k dollars India lo mana parents ki or friends(mana name meeda account kaakunda) accounts ki pamputhe kuda report cheyyaala......?

oka doubt if we open any account such as SBI NRI account aaa acount looo anytime 10000$ undakudadu kada??? I can put 5000$ once and the transfer to parents account(India account) and next month or 2 months I can do one more 5k kada?? anteyy naaa meaning???
