H1B Doubt ....

Hi All,

Nenu ee yr MS quota lo H1b ki apply chesanu(vermont+premium+MS).. Approval vachindi...But 1year approval ..

Both client and vendor letters were having it as 3 years and even my employer requested USCIS for 3 years on his h1b petition.

Can my employer make a request to USCIS during the validity period, whether to check if it was a typographic error (or) what is the reason behind approving the petition just for 1 year .

These days most of the ppl r getting one year. Naadi kuda anthe vachindhi last year transfer apply chesinappudu. You cann't question USCIS about this.
