This has been happening across the board due the high volume of cases. It is a systematic error in which USCIS is looking to correct. Alternatively, due to the high volumes of cases they are unable to process Premium Processing within the 15 –calendar days which is entirely contingent upon the USCIS adjudicating officer.

same thing happened to me

my manager helped me and signed a letter with client logo .....without any contact details.
i also put additional docs like id,manager approved time sheets,profile on client web page,email communications with manager.
waiting for result.

you can follow the same .........

kani if approved sometimes clock stop ayeee tharuvatha approved avuthundhee.


if u send rfe docs they will change it to initial review saying clock started again.
