[b]CAN I APPLY FOR CPT COLLEGES IN THIS 60 DAY GRACE PERIOD and transfer sevis (jun 18 2013 to aug 18 2013) ??[/b] if i can apply for a college and if i got i20 and if classes begin from sep 14, 2013 [b]CAN I STAY IN US LEGALLY {from aug 19 2013 to sep 14 2013} ??[/b] (my grace period ended on aug 18 2013, but i have new i20, my new college starts from sep 14 2013) PLEASE ADVISE!! I had googled this issue but the answers were confusing!! [/quote] To be on safe side apply for a Universities that can offer See Pee Tee and get the admission.But dont transfer your sevis right away. wait till june mid week and then transfer your sevis. This is my suggestion may be iam wrong..
