nenu contract kinda join ayya.... they took me full time... i am able perform successfully even i dont know before i started... na position ki almost 40 interviews chesaru anta... i worked as contractor for 4 months... then na colleague recommend chesadu... by the way this is my second job... first job oracle applications meda...but second one is in siebel, Agile, Identity Management, OEM stuff. Contractor ga vunnapudu em pani lekapothe velli adigevadini....
