Battle scars from prior Kony implementations

[b]Skills Desired:[/b] comfortable with green space (uncharted waters, pioneering work that has not been utilized inside this client before)
Dealing with ambiguity in the form of requirements and tactical direction
Ability to excel in a virtual environment

[b]Internal Comments/Notes:[/b] First WP users will be related to the Google project. Candidates must be tech savvy but also able to lead a large development team.

[b]Description:[/b] Will be leading a team of Kony Developers (as many as 16). Will be responsible for their forward direction. Will be the conduit between the technical team and the stake holders. Must be able to communicate up and deal with project milestones and status. Must be able to talk about technical details with upper level management. Must care.[/font][/size][/color]
