Dont worry. I had the same situation last year when i went for stamping. Nenu kooda dhaani gurinche worry ayyanu....but stamping ki vellinappudu naa previous employer details adginappudu nenu normal ga cheppanu. he checked on both the employers. He did not ask me even a single question. So, dont worry about it....All the best...

previous ewmpolyer and current employer(seems both r same names only changed)

Federal taxes anni correct kaati if they r not black listed then no problem

if ur previous emp merged with new employer then not an issue

or else they may verify ur employer...for u it should not be an issue since u r working @ client place...

if u (or ur current HR) can explin(if asked) why there is name change then it should not be a problem..

hope u have all paystubs and taxes with you..

name change with same address is most common..

Ex: Atlanta Cingular wireless became AT&T but address same...
