YSR Congress star campaigner YS Sharmila might have hardly expected she would face such a situation during her ongoing 'Maro Praja Prathanam' yatra.

A large number of bees have attacked Sharmila and the group of people around her when the yatra reached Julurupadu mandal in Khmmam district on Saturday. As a result, everyone including the daughter of late YSR were forced to run for sometime.

Luckily, Sharmila escaped from getting hurt by quickly getting into her vehicle. Party leaders breathed a sigh of relief when they came to know that she is safe. About 20 people were injured in the incident.
