Employer Employee relationship establish cheysey documents kaavali RFE response ki. below are some(google lo type cheysi,inkaa vastaayi)

1)Client/Vendor letter stating that they do not have control on you in any manner and its the Client that assigns the work and your employer controls you on vacation/prioritizing the work/payments etc
2) your employer should also send a letter as response stating that they have control on you and they get the updates of work on a weekly/bi-weekly manner.should show some proofs of the same on how they are being collected and what is being done with them.

3 Yrs H1 raavlante make sure you have vendor,client letter with dates of your contract for 3 yrs and its generally depends on mood of USCIS officer whether to grant you 3 yrs or 1 yrs athough you have appropriate docs.
