1) Self marketing ki dice best.
2)requirement chusi resume adh=just chesi direct ga vendor ki call cheyyi and introduce yourself that you are looking for new oppurtunties and intersted on the one job posting listed.based on vendors response adjust ur resume and send him the resume....do this for atleast 10-20 of them daily..(i think java kabbati u 'll have plenty reqs)atleast 2-5 will turn up and will take you to next step
3)first 3-4 days work on how to improve the resume and look for common things they are asking for devloper job like json,ajax,j2ee...so that you dont need to constantly keep updating ur resume for each req
4)when you speak with vendor tell him how your current skillset suits the job posting

important:Have all the latest technologis in ur recent proj which most companies will look for....

5)keep applying and keep calling vendors until u get stablized...most importantly configure voicemail on your phone and leave them a vm if they dont answer ur call....

6)on the technical side look out for coding interview experiences online like java what will they ask..look for desi company interview process...bcoz they are mostly technivcally sound and cover each and evry aspect including syntax in interviews....all these years of all the intvs i attended desi companies were the toughest..

ok. But i have one more suggestion,

How the interview process will be usually, Phone interviews ?

Will they get into more technical stuff ? or general things about my experience ?

Posted

depends on the job and what they are looking for ,depends on who interviews you........

if it is a support kind of job they 'll look into how you can analyze and fix stuff
if its development they'll ask questions on coding u have done and some technical stuff

some questions from my previous intv's i attended
