Well said on this..Insurance lo manchi chedda emi vundavu..As car insurance we can set the limits for deductible and copay..Evadu chepa ga isthe vadi daggariki velthamu...Helath iNsurance lo pedda company aythee better because most of the hospital with in network uvuntia vallaki..

correct me if i am wrong... deductible anedi prathi chinna daniki vundadu, only for surgery or major things
naa co pay 20$ and deductible 1000$. naku fever ochi nenu urgent care ki vellanu.... akkada bill oka 200$ ayindi ....nenu only naa copay 20$ ne kadatanu kani deductible 1000$ kada ani 200 kattanu.... This is a real example that happ to me.

Does that also depends on the insurance policy??

TT cheyinchukovali... mummy doctor taggariki tesukellindi.... doctor chusadu... injection podavali amma ani podichi.... nenu chusinanduku 20rupee injection podichinanduku 100rupee kharchu so mottam 120 rupee ivvu antaru.... ikkada charge chesina 20 rupee counts towards co-pay.... 100rupee counts towards deductible....
since you brought up the point here is some explanation.... so-pay explain chesanu kada.. doctor ni batti different vuntundi ani... alane neccessity ni batti kuda ekkuva vuntundi.... ippudu normal ga doctor taggariki clinic timings lo velte 20rupee ne teesukuntadu ade nidra lepi ippudera ante 50 rupee teesukuntadu... same pani ayina... alane urgent care and also emergency admit ki kuda normal office visit kante co-pay ekkuva vuntundi... andukane paina nenu explain chesindi chadivaka oka sari me brochure chadavandi mottam clear avutundi annanu...

[/quote] deductibles surgery or major things anem kadu... chinna injection ki kuda... or x-ray or medical apparel (arm band, wrist band) ki kuda deductible kinda vastundi.. if the doctor decides to charge.... and evevi cover avutayi anedi ne isnurance plan batti vuntundi....
ne urgent care co-pay kuda same $20 vunduntundi... brochure chusuko... if not they will send the bill later to your house....

nuvvu cheppindi artham ayindi bhayya... nenu adigedi endi ante ippudu nenu only 20$ ee enduku kattanu.... naa deductible 1000$ kada dani prakaram motham 200$ nene kattali kada.... from when does deductible come into picture... does it also depends on our policy?? if so... what is that term called
