Now prime vendor is ready to take me into their pay roll ,kaaani valla company meedha research chesthe...then just filed 2 h1b..1 rejected 1 approved..no GCs Move avvachu antaaru alanti company tho(if i move i will get a better pay...n can work with prime vendor directly ..)....risk theskokunda current employer tho vundadam best aaa...am kind of confused.... Help please

Nenu startup company ki shift ayyanu risk chesi oka 4 yrs back ( i was 1st employee for them)...but i am comfortable now.... andariki ala jaragaalani ledu...you shud be little lucky too..startup companies konchem vollu daggara pettukuntaayi ani naa feeling. But lack of exp valla emaina theda jarigithey cheppalem...

Help please [/quote] depends on the situation bhayya. if you are in opt (opt lo vunte, ah prime vendor accept chesi H1 chesta annadu anuko go for it). if h1 lo vunnav anuko transfer ayina tarvatha e kada prime vendor degaraki move avuthav. if you are h1 extension (already GC start ayi vuntadi ani na opinion then no risk). h1 lo vundi stamping ki vellali ante (prime vendor di manchi company aithe you will definetly get it.) i think you fall in above situations.... better take the decision yourself comparing adv and disadv

[/quote] hmm..thanks...yeah..velladhi start up kadu..they are established back in 2001 one..but h1 and gc lu antha file cheyaledhu..yeah..looks like the dont have much experience...! am kind of confused an chepachu..thella vendor kada...ekkada project ayyaka...support or india lo stuck aithe scenario not clear..ani chepachu. any way i will confirm this before i sign the agreement..enka...lets see wht happen..
