LCA free kabati every employer adi ready chesi pedatadu, amendment karchutho pani kabatti, yevaru cheyaru. Coming to Visa question, kondaru eadina sare handle chedam anukoni amendment cheyinchakunda velinavallakondariki visa vachaye kondariki deeni valla queies koooda padaye as per forums update. Its better to do the amendment. Risk tesukundam anukunte cheyinchakuda kuda vellochu.

[/quote] hmm thanks bhayya....last month na job dhobbindhi visa ki eldham ani plan eskunaka....ipudu vere job ochaaka vellai koncham urgent....malli Amendment ante 2 months easy ga padthadhi anta ga premium lo cheyinchina kuda....so without amendment vellocha ani thinking

[/quote] If you apply amendment there will be a chance for getting less period than previous H1 approval.
