Fedex lo online account set up chesi..you can generate both to and return label....koncham confusing gaane untundhi.. simple process..call bls and they will charge you 15$ and provide you a transaction numbet and you can put that number there..basically you are paying return shipping charges to them and they will post it via ups, I believe..
