[/quote] your body needs 0.36 grams of protein per pound of body weight...nee diet lo chicken and eggs thappa protein unna food peddaga levu... calculate your protein need and follow your diet..then you won't feel tired..
factorial Posted May 10, 2013 Report Posted May 10, 2013 HIIT - High intensity interval training for 20 minutes Foods that you should eat -Oats, Brown rice, Sweet potatoes Vegetables - Carrots, Beetroots, Spinach, Brocoli or any Oil - you won't be frying your vegetables so no oil Lentils and beans. No meat, No white rice, no bread, no ghee, No diary products (milk,etc), No egg yolks, No sugar Eat almonds, Pistachios , Peanuts, Dates - as many as you want. Don't get salted nuts. Eat 4 times a day or even more if you want. Because you would be eating healthy food you should be good even if you eat a lot of it.
