macha Posted May 11, 2013 Report Posted May 11, 2013 mee trainer neee dite adugu and frequency of meals ... and protein shake's carb proportions.... and ya legs kii you can do by urself but you need to get guidence for the form and kind of exercise you need to do.....i suggest take 2 - 4 session and then do by ur self..... ask sample dite to ur trainer only because he know how intense you are training and he exactly know how ur metobolisam fires....
