you need both upper body and lower body
food kosam: contact a nutritionist, they will give you the best suggestion based on your body stats

mee trainer neee dite adugu and frequency of meals ... and protein shake's carb proportions.... and ya legs kii you can do by urself but you need to get guidence for the form and kind of exercise you need to do.....i suggest take 2 - 4 session and then do by ur self..... ask sample dite to ur trainer only because he know how intense you are training and he exactly know how ur metobolisam fires....
