mukunda Posted May 11, 2013 Report Posted May 11, 2013 aiythe.....follow these steps... 1. remove the battery while plugged in completely. 2. observe any dust, rust is on connectors on both battery n laptop. 3. clean them with little bit of cleanser(nail polish remover, warnish remover, basically anything which has acetone). 4. dry the connector and insert it again. if above steps are not solving issues then go to control panel > system > event viewer or see any updates have been performed. let me know any updates you updated.
