[size=4]Hyderabad, May 13: The CBI court admitted the chargesheet on Dalmia Cements, in the Y S Jaganmohan Reddy illegitimate assets case.[/size]

[size=4]The court summoned the home minister Sabita Indra Reddy to appear on June 7. It is learnt that the CBI has registered cases both under the IPC and the Anti Corruption Act against Sabita.[/size]

[size=4]The court has issued PT warrant against Jagan, directing the Chanchalguda jail authorities to produce Jagan on June 7. The court issued summons to Vijaya Sai Reddy, Dalmia Cements MD Punit Dalmia, Eswar Cements MD Sajjala Diwakar Reddy, suspended IAS officers Sri Lakshmi and Raja Gopal also. [/size]






[size=4]Sabita Indra Reddy is the fourth accused in the case, while Vijaya Sai Reddy is the second, Punit Dalmia third, Sri Lakshmi fifth, Rajagopal sixth, Sajjala Diwakar Reddy seventh, Sanjay S Mitra eighth, Neel Kamal ninth and Jayadip Basu tenth. Raghuram Cements, Eswar Cements and Dalmia Cements were named accused 11, 12 and 13 respectively. [/size]

[size=4]Sabita was the minister for mines in Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy government. Dalmia Cements company was allotted lime stone mines during the period. CBI’s charge is that as a quid pro quo consideration, Dalmia invested Rs. 95 crore in Jagan’s companies. [/size]

[size=4]CBI submitted a 67-page chargesheet in Dalmia case and mentioned 47 persons as witnesses. Dalmia was given lease of 407 hectares of lime stone mines near Mylavaram in Kadapa district. Dalmia Cements in turn invested Rs. 50 crore in Bharati cements and Rs. 45 crore in Jagati Publications of Jagan. [/size]
