hi, na visa expiry 60 days munda nenu us ki vachannu.. Port of entry degarra.. na H-1B visa and end client letter check chesadu.. I told him that iam going to apply for H-1B extention immediately and all the paper work is ready.. so he allowed me.. Plz carry end client letter (which clearly show project is there for atleast 1 year). This was back in 2010..

maa friend dhi same situation, his visa 'll be expired in june 16th, he 'll be going to ind may 19th & he 'll returen back june 6th, he's already applied for H1b visa extension may 9th in premium procesess.

so ithani ki emina problema avuddhaa, ithanu emi carry chestee better?

nenu cheppedhi naku telsina.......he didnt apply for extension before travelling...he came back in mid august....i dont think he took client letter also..alagani i cannot gaurantee...tesukoni velthe manchidhi..normal ga murthy forums chudu h1b 1 day lo expire avuthunna vallu kuda enter avutharu(may be they had h1 etension filed by that time).....
