special diet em cheyatam ledhu.

morning fruits and a glass milk....
afternoon moderate lunch ... half an hr walk
snack two apples or one banana..half an hr walk
night three chapathi and curry...

No chocolates......sweets .... No junk food anukondi... ...very little non veg during lunch once in 3 days.....

konni injuries valla I cant excersice any soon...

idhi na diet.. last 5 weeks lo 4 kgs thagganu....ippudu na doubt enti ante.. na muscle weight thagguthundha leka na fat karuguthundha?

inka 6 kgs target undhi.. I want to get back to 68 kg which I was weighing an year ago... body fat pogotti inka 68 kg weight maintain chedham anukuntunna.. mee viluvaina samadhanala kosam vechi chusings...

oil food tagginchali

Oil vaadali ante Olive oil or canola oil


boiled chicken breast
avakado
fish
oats

egg white
fruits

all color veggis (ante while --> mullangi,cabage califlower,
Green--> chaala veggi vunnayi ...like wise all color veggies)

brown rice/or mluti grain atta

kaani all types of food tinali ....lekapothe some other complications vastayi...

like if u completely stop oil also a problem ...so any thing limit ...li vunte...since u cannot excersie ..keep walking

plus limit lo take good food...

molakalu (sprouts) morning tinali

lime with honey..

but sdon'r restrict food too much...

thanks bro.. afternoon lunch office lo so oil untadhi.intlo night curry.. olive oil vadathanu..
water baga thagutha 3 ltrs a day.. sprouts thinatam ledhu.. have to start tht... lime with honey.. they say it will reduce fat. can u tell me a best time to drink that....

Lunch - Eat like a queen (Medium)

Dinner - Eat like a poor man. (Very less )
