All the aforementioned issues are central issues which doesn't have any effect if power under central or state. Except for the TN issue, rest all in a way if state has more power these issues goes under central. I am no one to judge your opinion, however how does it effect the credibility of India ? All I see is states fighting for setting up the ventures.
