vendor endhuku payment cheyadu..me employer kathal paduthunnadu. as per MSA and PO any employee works more than 15days in client location..client must pay to employer or vendor.

first talk to u r employer..still vadu ivvaledhu, ivvadu ani extras chesthe...then simple ga.. "Yes you are right...why don't we approach legally as we already had MSA and PO with vendor...let me know if u will do or else i can help u solving this issue"

I had the same situation. We can't contact client directly without informing primary vendor. Its against law ani annadu. Prime vendor showed an email from client that he never received pay for tht time period so I have to loose the money for that time frame. Call vendor and ask about a letter from client showing that he never received money from client. Vaadiki raakapothe ika you can't fight with your employer I guess.

Nee salary nundi cut cheste contact Lawyer max 1000 ~ 2000 kharchu autundi, but you WILL get your money back + lawyer expenses back too from your employer.
