I am in process of h1b transfer and my current contract ends this month end..i received h1b receipt from new employer on May 10th....can i start work for new employer...is it risky to join new employer ??..How many days it will take for transfer in premium processing

Yes, you can work for new employer if he takes you on board without receiving approval..employers approval vachentha varaku wait chestaru general ga....1-3 weeks lo vachestundi bhayya...so don't worry...good luck..

Usually it takes two weeks. If you got ur receipt, aaraamsey u can start working for to new employer.
