go to attachments of tht project.
click on the project...it opens up as seperate window. on the left side there are details and below tht is attachments.
download attachements and upload it for another project tht u want.

this is pretty novice/naive thing i told you...if you are talkin on high level terms...then the above mentioned stuff might not apply to it
