Driver, Conductor Held For Showing Porn To Students

[size=4][color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]A school bus driver and conductor of a convent school in Hauz Khas area of South Delhi were arrested on charge of molestation.[/font][/color]

[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]The accused have been identified as Azghar Ali and Mohammad Shameen. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]The duo used to force schoolchildren to watch porn clip saved in their mobile phones. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]The incident came to light on Thursday when one the schoolchildren told her parents about their misconduct. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]The parents in turn informed the police and a case was registered in Hauz Khas police station.[/font][/color]

[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]According to police, Shameen and Ali also threatened students not to inform their parents about their indecent act. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]Both of them have been arrested.[/font][/color]

[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]After showing them porn videos, the accused Shameen (24) and Ali (26) would also have a discussion pertaining to those clips,[/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif] hence, make them uncomfortable and harassed.[/font][/color]

[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]According to the complaint, they also encouraged students to down load such clips from the internet. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]First the parents brought the matter into the knowledge of the school authority and a formal police complaint was made.[/font][/color]

[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]While briefing about the incident, a senior police official said, “After the complaint against the school bus and the driver for immoral act, [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]the accused were arrested and a case has also been registered under 10/12 POCSO. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]The matter is being investigated. We are interrogating the accused and will also be questioning the parents of other children inside the bus.”[/font][/color]

[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]It was also stated that the statements of the other students who would travel in the same bus will also be recorded. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]The police will also question the school authorities as to why there was no teacher on duty inside the bus, [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]and that it is a lapse on the school’s part, sources said. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]The arrests were made on late Thursday afternoon and investigation in the case is underway, police said. [/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif]According to police both the accused belongs to Kotla Mubarakpur area.[/font][/color][/size]
