Dont worry too much about 140. Since you are no longer with old employer, you need to start a new labor with your new employer unless you want to go back to old employer. Existing labor is void.


You can only use existing labor after 180 days of 140 approval. Olden days, people used to have labors from different company and apply GC thru some other company. Now it is highly likely will be treated as mis-represntation or fraudulent.
