TRS expelled leader Raghunandan Rao told the media that he met the CBI JD Lakshmi Narayana and handed over the evidences he had against the TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao and MLA Harish Rao to him.[/font]
[font=inherit]Speaking to the media later, Raghunandan alleged that TRS top leaders took Rs. 10 crore from the jailed industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad. He charged that KCR and Harish Rao managed the business affairs of Nimmagadda Prasad and Koneru Ranga Rao. He said if the two were interrogated in the jail, all the facts would come out. He said he gave a written request for investigation into the illegal collections of the TRS. He said the JD assured that he would discuss with legal experts and get back to him.[/font]
[font=inherit]It may be recalled that Raghu Nandan made charges that the TRS chief KCR and his nephew Harish Rao were taking kickbacks, mortgaging the Telangana movement. He charged that Harish took Rs. 80 lakhs from the management of the Padmalaya Studios, for remaining silent on their land scam. He also alleged that the kickbacks deal was struck at the residence of TRS MP Vijayasanti, in her husband’s presence. A day later, Raghunandan met the DGP Dinesh Reddy and complained that his life was under threat.[/font]

[font=inherit][b]Vijayasanthi dismisses allegations[/b][/font]

[font=inherit]Former actress and Medak TRS MP Vijaya Shanti has at last responded to the charge leveled against her by Raghunandan Rao, expelled leader of her party.[/font]
[font=inherit]She dismissed the charge that the Padmalaya Studios land deal was reached at her residence as alleged by the rebel leader. She questioned why Raghunandan who said he has evidence and CDs to prove his charge, had not disclosed them even after 48 hours. She said if anyone has any problems, they should discuss them with the party chief and not indulge in mud-slinging like this.[/font]
[font=inherit]However, observers are expressing doubts about Vijaya Shanti who is a fire brand lady, taking so much time for responding to such a serious allegation. Surprisingly there is still no response from the Padmalaya Studios, note observers.[/font]
[font=inherit]It may be recalled that Raghunandan Rao has said that the TRS leader Harish Rao received a kickback of Rs. 80 lakh in return for his silence on the Padmalaya land scam. He said the deal was struck in the presence of Vijaya Shanti’s husband and a producer of Adilabad, at her residence.[/font]
