1. Cap is raised to 110000 h1b petitions
2. 40% of petitions are allocated to STEM masters in USA.
3. employers having h1b staff between 30-50% will pay 5000 dollars additionally, more than 50% will pay 10000 dollars additionally for h1 petition.
4. any job offer is need to be placed on DOL website for 30 calendar days.
5. 2014 onwards, if employer has staff on H1 visa 75%-further visas are banned. 2015 onwards-h1 staff of 65% or more - further visas are banned, 2016 onwards - H1 staff of 50% or more - further visas are banned.

the bill has been added 48 republican amendments itself....passed on senate judiciary committee with 13-5 votes...........

In june, it will go for vote in Senate.......then it will go to HOUSE for Vote................if it does not pass in senate, then House is preparing simultaneous bill which is almost similar to the current one.......which will come for vote in senate again......anyway n finally they are adamant to pass the reform and the details i provided are common concepts in both billss......obama is waiting to sign any bill.....cause mexican immigrants are attracting vote bank for democrauts..........
