But IT firms outplacing cheyakudadhu if they are H1B dependent.. H1b dependent count chesetapudu they dont count the employees who are in H1B and applied for GC (Labor start aithe vallani count cheyaru)

It's not easy it take 10 to 12years to get GC, they just giving legal status. They need to continue in legal status for 10 to 12years and pay taxes, then they are eligible to apply GC.
