This normally comes with Experience...like if u r in a development team in small company and then one developer tends normally builds the application and deploys (or hands it over to deployments team) How ever for big companies they look for a dedicated person,... especially .net C# has good openings.....java has too many tools to this... so as a fresher it is not an advisable job
