[*]5+ years experience of software development experience with ownership of a piece of development or component of a complex application
[*]3+ years experience using J2EE technologies (Servlets, JSP, JDBC), JMS (Java Messaging Services), SOA Architecture, SPRING Framework (Core, AOP, ORM, DAO and Web) and a JPA framework (e.g., Hibernate, OpenJPA) in a Windows environment
[*]Experience in iterative analysis, design, development and application deployment of large scale Java-centric enterprise application systems in a Windows environment
[*]Experience with Eclipse, Maven, Javascript and Tomcat and test driven development using JUNIT or equivalent
[*]Demonstrated ability to pick up new APIs and server-side frameworks quickly
[*]Strong SQL development experience
[*]Strong XML and web services development
[*]BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar technical degree; or equivalent combination of work experience and training
