vendor agreement has 30 days notice..does it means i have to give 30 days or can i give 15 day notice to vendor..i am changing employer..employer is ok ..but he has shown me an agreement which has 30 day notice..please help me

Did you sign that agreement or did your employer signed that agreement with Vendor ?

So you signed it. You are bound by that contract since you signed it. Ask your vendor politely if a 15 days notice would suffice. If he says No, get yourself a lawyer if he sues you or your company.
