Hi,

I am planning to attend H1-B stamping, my employer suggesting me to attend in Kalakatta india, becouse my company Kalakatta based, I have exactly 1 year validity, I am planning to go india in August
From august onwards I will have only 9 months validity, is there any problem please suggest me.
