me vadi scores vey cheptha dani batti ye uni ki try cheyalo and one thing if you live here i guess get his all docs and you apply by talking to admissions offices and try to make friends with couple of ppl here and there they might help your bro to get in..so all am saying is take interest and do it yourself as it take for ever to finish process from india if you already on this well good:)
