Responsibilities:
* Participate in software development programmability projects for Nexus
3k switches
* Define and develop test strategies and plan to ensure software products
meet product requirement
* Create and build test bed topologies to support test efforts
* Identify product defects and work closely with Development to resolve
* Champion improved methodologies
Required/Desired Skills:
* BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* 3+ years of software testing experience with a proven track record of
delivering high quality commercial products
* Strong L2/L3 network testing experience with knowledge of most common
switching and routing protocols.​
* Programming capability in C, Java, Python, or TCL/Expect
* Strong background and experience in software testing methodology, test
development and test execution and report generation is preferred
* Desired experience with Cisco technologies such as Data Center Service
Node and Data Center switching such as Nexus devices
* Experience with traffic generator tools such as Ixia or Spirent
* OpenFlow, SDN, Vmware, knowledge/experience is a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skill
* Organizational and problem resolution skills
* Excellent team building skills, including cross-functional team building.
* Highly motivated team-player that forms strong relationships with
colleagues and has good interpersonal skills
