Suppose my visa stamped until 2015.

there will not issue another stamping of same class until the current one expires. I am in the similar situation before and changed my employer with no issues and at the POE(Atlanta), I entered with out any problems. Just carry your employment letter and I797 and recent paystubs and all the remaining documentation. You should not have any problems...

I think you can travel with Visa that is not on your current employer because usually nobody checks that at the port of entry. But if someone checks that then i think you might be in trouble. Verify this with some one else
